Three separate moulded rosewood shells at a fixed recline, tufted black leather cushions, two die-cast aluminium braces on rubber shock mounts, and a five-star swivel base. The ottoman stands 450 mm in front on its own four-star base.

Design the iconic 1956 Charles and Ray Eames "670 Lounge Chair and 671 Ottoman" set in molded Palisander rosewood veneer plywood and black aniline leather:
1. Separated 3-Shell Construction (CRITICAL): The chair body MUST consist of THREE distinct, physically separated curved plywood shells (headrest shell, lower backrest shell, and seat shell) tilted at a permanent 15-degree recline angle. Do NOT merge them into a single continuous shell.
2. Exposed Structural Hardware: Connect the backrest and headrest shells strictly via two rear black die-cast aluminum back braces (spines) and rubber shock mounts; cantilever the curved upholstered armrests from the seat and mid-back shells.
3. Upholstered Tufting & Base: Removable plush black leather cushions snapped into each wooden shell with subtle button-tufted creases and piping; supported by a 5-star die-cast aluminum swivel base with polished top edges (and a matching 4-star base for the separate Ottoman placed 450mm in front of the chair).
